Payment terms:
10% of payment - first deposit: within 7 days after confirmation to secure the booking
25% of payment - second deposit: 365 days prior departure date
65% of payment (remaining): 120 days prior departure date
Cancellation policy
10% of payment will be charged if cancelled after the reservation is secured with a payment more than 365 days before departure. Sales partners can reduce the number of guests, free of charge up to 365 days before departure.
35% of payment will be charged if cancelled for each cancelled guest, after the reservation is secured with a payment less than 365 days before departure.
100% will be charged if cancelled 89 days prior to the embarkation date
