Check out before 8am. The day use option includes, depending on the package: 1 meal, swimming pool and bar access, shower, luggage drop, airport shuttle.
Cancellation policy and boat departure:

The minimum number of participants to ensure the departure of the cruise depends on the total capacity of the boat:
Nota: Cancellation of a Liveaboard in the maldives happens at least 6 weeks before departure.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Seafari holds the right to cancel the cruise, with no cancellation fees, 6 weeks prior to the schedule date of departure except for cruise with departure guaranty indicated on the online planning. In the event of cancellation of a cruise, Seafari reserves the right to place customers on another boat of equivalent or higher category.
Delay on arrival and late arrivals:
In case of late or delayed arrival of one or several passenger the departure of the cruise will not be delayed. Seafari will propose routing solution according to availabilities (by speed boat, plane or sea plane) for the passenger(s) to the boat. Transfer fees will be at the expense of passengers and should be paid directly on site (information and prices upon request).
In this case, Seafari cannot be held responsible for any changes in the contractual services (eg number of dives, meals or overnight).
Refund:
No refund or credit may be granted by the tour operator without prior agreement with Seafari Maldives.
Non-compliance of contractual circuit and the number of dives or snorkeling due to bad weather or administrative constraints do not open right to compensation.
No refunds will be granted in case the passenger fails to make all contracting activities:
During the cruise, we can not give rise to compensation. Delivery Nitrox is not contractual.
Rates adjustment:
Seafari holds the right to modify service rates and prices following an exceptional and unanticipated increase of taxes (taxes, fuel taxes, VAT, import taxes) and supplies (food and fuel).
Payment:
Payment of compulsory and optional extras: drinks, courses, equipment rental, taxes, etc. store. will be on the boat in cash (Euros or US$) or credit card (Visa, mastercard).
Payments by check are not accepted.
Full payment of the invoice had been made to access the boat and enjoy the services. Seafari reserves the right not to accept a client / clients whose agency would not be up to date in payment of invoices or ask him to settle his performance by boarding.
Jurisdiction:
The commercial court in Malé, Republic of Maldives is solely competent in case of litigation if an amicable agreement can not be found.
Statement
This document represents the commitment of services and description of services Seafari Maldives.
Seafari Maldives cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver services in case of force majeure. Any claim for damages or potential compensation will be entirely at the discretion of Seafari Maldives.
Seafari Maldives is covered in civil liability by DAN Europe for activities related to diving.
Travel insurance, repatriation and diving accident are mandatory under the only responsibility of the Operator or customers.
