Charter conditions

Full Charter discount: 14 pax full payment, 15th + 16th free of charge, maximum capacity 16 pax, 17-18 pax minus 20% reduction.

Minimum number of pax: 9 PAX - the minimum number of pax has to be paid.

Payment conditions: 20% deposit upon confirmation, 30 days prior to arrival rest is due.

The client has to be informed about the cancellation fees of Nautico Maldives Pvt Ltd.

The cancellation fees, for confirmed bookings are:

• Until 90 days prior to arrival – 10% cancellation fees
• 89 to 30 days prior to arrival – 20% cancellation fees
• 29 to 20 days prior to arrival – 30% cancellation fees
• 19 to 10 days prior to arrival – 50% cancellation fees
• 9 to 7 days prior to arrival – 65% cancellation fees
• Cancellation within 6 days – 85% cancellation fees
• Cancellation on the day of arrival 100 % (no show)
