INCLUSIONS
a. Route: Best of Maldives or Hanifaru Bay for Diving & Male’ – Ari or Male’ to Vaavu for Non-Diving

l. 1 Dive Instructor (PADI certified), and 2 Dive Guides (PADI Certified)
m. BBQ dinner on a sandy beach OR, on a deserted Island. (depending on weather conditions).
n. Arrange a free airport guide upon arrival & departure
o. Transfer (Airport – Boat – Airport)
p. Free Wi-Fi (Up to 50 GB. Anything extra will be chargeable as per the usage)
MANDATORY EXCLUSIONS
a. Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night to be paid on arrival.
b. 10% Service Charge of the charter price which can be termed as a service fee and to be paid upon arrival. The full 10% Service charge amount is to be paid directly to the captain in an enclosed envelope. Any amount extra paid along with the 10% Service charge amount will be regarded as crew tips and divided equally among all crew members.
c. Fuel Surcharges will be applied for Routes other than Best of Maldives (Male’ – Ari – Vaavu) or Hanifaru Bay (Male’ – Baa) for Diving & Male’ – Vaavu or Male’ – Ari for Non- diving. Current fuel surcharges for other routes are specified below:
1 Hanifaru Bay + North Ari Atoll for Diving: USD 50 per pax per week
2 Hanifaru Bay + Raa + Lhaviyani: USD 75 per pax per week
3 Male’ - Gan / Kooddoo – Gan: USD 175 per person per week
4 For Non-Diving: If Vaavu is added to Male’ – Ari route, if Ari is added to Male’ – Vaavu route, or If Male’ – Baa route is required an additional USD 800 will be charged
5 For any other routes or custom-made itineraries fuel surcharges are to be communicated via email and confirmed
6 Marine Park fees are applicable when necessary.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
a. Nitrox
i. Pre-booked nitrox – In full charters if confirmed and paid while booking, Nitrox could be provided for all pax for an additional USD 1000 per week
ii. For all confirmations received at least 2 weeks prior to arrival Nitrox can be provided for an additional USD 75 per person per week.
iii. For any confirmations received within 2 weeks prior to arrival Nitrox can be provided for an additional USD 100 per person per week
b. Extra Dive Guide
If the operator requires an extra dive guide, it will cost an additional USD 120 per guide per day and must be hired for the entire week.
c. Equipment Rental
All Equipment has to be rented exclusively from Maldives Legend and no equipment is to be rented from any third- party service provider unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Maldives Legend. Guests responsible for the equipment have to take full responsibility for damaged or lost equipment due to negligence.
d. Domestic Flights
i. If the Client wishes to book the guest's domestic flights for any other route other than the Best of Maldives, Maldives Legend will provide the service of booking the domestic flights.
ii. However, Maldives Legend will not take any responsibility for changes in flight, changes in schedule, or delays in confirmation made by the airline as they are a third-party service provider
iii. Additionally, no seats can be reserved or confirmed unless after two working days of receiving the full payment for domestic flights and passport details of the passengers.
