Terms & Conditions:

  • Offer is valid for new bookings received from today onwards.
  • These offers are non-combinable. The offer will be applied to whichever price is lower.
  • Discounts are only applicable to nightly rates. Other charges such as diving equipment, domestic flights, and other supplements will be charged as per contract and therefore shall not be included in the discount.

Remarks

  • All rates are in United States Dollars.
  • The charter will start from and end at Ibrahim Nasir International Airport. Should the charter start from or end at another location, additional transfer/relocation charges may apply and shall be requested at the time of the booking.
  • Strict Condition not to enlist or quote Higher than Festive rate above.

Taxes

  • T‐GST (Tourism Goods & Services Tax) will be charged extra to the rates given under.
  • The Charter Rates given are inclusive with the Green Tax of US$ 6 per person per day.

Embarkation/Disembarkation

  • Embarkation time is 14:00 hrs, Disembarkation is at 10:00 hrs. For early embarkation and late disembarkation, please check with details at the time of the booking. Depending on the embarkation/disembarkation time, charges may apply.

Minimum Charter Period

  • The minimum Charter period Should be 07 Nights.

Maximum Number of Guests

  • The maximum number of guests is 20, to be occupied in 02 Ocean View Suits, 01 Junior suit, 03 Double Rooms & 4 Twin Rooms.

  • Meeting Guests on Arrival at Ibrahim Nasir International Airport (Male’ Airport).
  • Transfer of Guests from Ibrahim Nasir International Airport to the Yacht by Speed Boat and on completion of tour from Yacht to Ibrahim Nasir International Airport. The Speed Boat transfer is offered for trips that which start/end at Male’ International Airport.
  • Welcome drinks on arrival.
  • Unlimited bottle of water per cabin will be provided daily.

Itinerary

  • Ark Noble will offer the cruise itinerary on final booking confirmation and it will cover the sailing of two adjacent atolls on a week’s cruise, making available the activities listed under ‘Complimentary Services’. The itinerary will also be made available to the guests on embarkation. Ark Nobles preparations for the cruise will be made based on the itinerary and any Guest requests for itinerary change will not be entertained during the cruise.
  • The vessel will not sail between 17:30 hrs and 06:30 hrs.
  • The Captain reserves the right to change the itinerary depending on prevailing weather conditions.

Diving

  • All diving guests are offered a maximum of 3 dives per day, with an additional night dive per week. Certified Divers may only participate diving and are required to show their license cards for registration. A PADI certified English speaking Diving Instructor/Dive Master, will guide all dives. Skipping any dives does not entitle for any refunds.
  • For equipment, the cruise provides only the Tanks (Air Filled), Weights, Mask, Snorkel and Fins. Additional diving equipment/accessories may be brought in by the guests or hired on rent from the diving facility of the cruise.

Surfing

  • Surfing is not available on a standard charter. Guests who wish to surf shall request for a Surf Charter at the time of the reservation. On Surfing Charters, diving is not available, and the vessel will sail routes to Maldives’ highly renowned surf breaks and guests will be offered daily surfing opportunities. All services and activities listed under ‘Complimentary Services’ will also be available on Surf Cruises. Guests are requested to bring in their own gear for surfing. For surf gear hire, requests shall be made at the time of the reservation.

Payments

  • A 30% deposit shall be made at the time of the confirmation of a reservation, with the balance 70% paid prior to 60 days of arrival. For late reservations (less than 60 days to arrival), full payment shall be settled at the time of the reservation confirmation.
  • Payments shall be wire transferred to the Bank Account given in the Pro‐forma Invoice issued with the booking confirmation.
  • For onboard additional chargeable services, payments are accepted by cash (US Dollars or Euro) or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Cancellation

  • Cancellations received 61 days before arrival, will be charged 30% of the total value.
  • Cancellations received 0‐60 days before arrival, will be charged 100% of the total value.
  • No‐shows and early departures will be charged 100% of the total booked pro‐forma value.

Health / Children / Disability

  • A guest is considered to warrant that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to participate the cruise. ArkNoble is not equipped to offer medical services (except for first aid), and do not have the facilities to provide special assistance for children and disable guests. Hence, we request that infants & children be accompanied by an adult at all times and guests that require special assistance of any type whether it be disability, infants & children, pregnancy, or persons that have difficulty to move around the vessel, boarding to/from tenders or any other activity, that the guests make necessary arrangements for any requirements that may arise.
  • Ark Noble or Ark Fleet will assume no liability and will not be responsible for damages resulting from illness, injury or death sustained or resulting from whatsoever reason. In case of a medical issue during the voyage which results in evacuation, use of transfer vessels or aircraft, for which Ark Noble and Fleet will assist in all possible ways, the responsibility for payment of these costs solely belongs to the guest.

Liability Limitations

  • All guests are requested to be covered by relevant and appropriate insurance. Ark Noble assumes no responsibility for flight delays or loss of private belongings and Guests are not liable to any refund for unused and partially used services or for skipping any activity of the itinerary. All efforts will be made to maintain scheduled sailing routes and itineraries, however, Ark Noble reserves the right at the sole discretion of the Captain of the yacht, without liability or refund of any kind, whether it be a standard charter or private charter, to deviate from the cruise’s scheduled sailing route, make changes to the itinerary, to delay, advance or cancel any sailing, depending on weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances of Force Majeure or for any other reason which may call for such action. Ark Noble will refund a maximum of 10% of the total applicable cruise charge for the relevant days, should the cruise not be able to sail for any mechanical failures.
